OUR VEGETABLE GARDEN
Parador’s colorful salads are prepared with vegetables and greens directly from the vegetables garden – a passion of the chef and hotel owner Marielza Fontes. There you will find lettuce, watercress, rocket, leek, carrots, and broccoli amongst many other delicious fresh items. It makes all the difference eating a meal prepared with greens and vegetables just picked from the garden.
